DongGuang City DaLang ChunQing Precision Hardware Factory established since year of 2004, mainly produce high end precision fasteners, which applies to construction, electronics, toys, automobiles, sport appliances etc...The factory owns 12sets of multi-function cold forging equipments, 30sets of single mode machines, 25sets of thread rolling machines, 3sets of self-tapping machines, 63sets of automatic lathes and relevant matching lathes, drilling machines etc. We have very professional R&D team and quality check members, as well as matured fastener production technology. Each production procedure was controlled by strict technology principle, to secure each item is qualified before it starts the next procedure.
The professional checking equipments we have are, HV5-HV30, HV0.3-HV1, Rockwell Hardometer, Universal Testing machine, 50tons tensile testing machine, Neutral salt spray test machine, Cr+6 environmental protection check, failure torque testing machine, torsional dynamometer, Hydrogen embrittlement test plate, head thickness gauge, film thickness gauge, calliper, micrometer, triangle micrometer, bolt gauge, ring gauge, the diameter gauge, etc. With professional checking guidelines, to make sure all the items would be reached to the quality which the client demands.
The factory can produce fasteners with various materials, like carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum etc., from M1.5 - M16, length 2.0 - 180mm, Grade 4.6 - 12.9. Main products are standard fasteners, like hex bolt, cap bolt, flange bolt, carriage bolt, self tapping screw, drywall screws etc, , as well as non-standard fasteners, step bolt, auto-mobile seat bolt, auto-mobile safety air bag riveting bolt, through hole rivet bolt, lock bolt, bicycle bolt etc.
